Methodology. Packages from packages_loanpackage, attributed to their submission day (Eastern time). Processed = billable (current status = 2); the unbilled remainder is submitted-but-not-processed as of capture. Internal and test tenants are excluded from every metric (Laminr, Vandelay Industries, ChampsDemo, PENTEST 1/2, Infrrd-Tester, Demo, DemoTest, VerusTest). Time-to-processed is the first status-2 snapshot in packages_historicalloanpackage minus package creation; history coverage begins Apr 13 2026, so earlier days show no value. Support tickets come from the Open Support Tracker "Laminr Tickets" tab (all categories) and may lag package data by a day. Multi-day median time-to-processed in the KPI is a processed-weighted average of daily medians (marked ~). Customer "first package" dates consider all time, not just the 180-day window. Weekends (Sat/Sun, Eastern) are excluded from every chart and metric — weekend volume is negligible and only adds noise. Chart lines are smoothed with a centered moving average (3-day at 30d, 5-day at 90/180d; none at 7d); bars and KPI numbers stay raw. Projected EOM processed is a business-day run-rate over the capture month: month-to-date processed (complete weekdays only; the capture day is excluded as partial) ÷ elapsed business days × total business days in the month.
